Starbucks - Oceanside

I work in the ups store next door and we go in there for water everyday, along for drinks sometimes. great service and staff are really nice!

I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times now and overall the service is always really great and they make the drinks fast! It is so convenient that the location is in the grocery store. I have had a few drinks that have tasted a little burnt from here, and other times they taste great! So I hesitate to come back because I am not sure what I am going to get.

There’s a big difference between wanting to go sit and drink coffee in a Starbucks and sitting inside of an Albertson’s.Really disappointing to do the drive and then discover that I have to go somewhere else instead.

I've been to this Starbucks many of time but have never felt the need to give a Yelp. Well today changed my mind. Was there around 8:30 am and ordered a dragon fruit tea. Just for the record, I can NEVER remember the right name. Anyways, gave the girl at the register my order. Or so I tried. Now the reason for my Yelp is because of the other girl working there. She stepped in and tried helping figure out what I wanted. To be fair, both of the girls did. She went ahead and made my drink. Told me to try it. Said if it didn't taste right she would try again. After my first sip, I said it tasted fine. She offered to try it a different way for me. Told her it was ok. She tried several times to make it a different way. Again, told her it was ok. I know she was doing her job but it was really a nice way to start a morning. And she was just really nice about me not knowing the name of drink that I drink all of the time.‍ Thank you Britney. Your customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!

I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me. I mentioned hadn’t used the Albertsons app for something like this before. She helped me with that. I mentioned what I was looking for, she asked a couple of questions regarding my preferences then says “I got You”. “ It’s one of my favorites”. She had a co worker with her and I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and spot on for the drink I was looking for on this very hot day. Kudos to both these ladies. I felt welcomed, and the Paradise Drink that was suggested and then expertly made well AWESOME !!! Doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you and a big shout out to these ladies that gave me a great experience while at the Marron Rd Starbucks inside the Albertsons store. My UPS box is in same shopping center and I will be stopping in and ordering the Paradise Drink now. Take care, warm wishes and keep doing what your doing.Thank Again to Anjelea and her team mate.Pat
