Dunkin' - Ocean Township

I went here to buy a gift card for an Easter basket. It's now April 2 and they only had Christmas gift cards available. I asked if there were other options since it was an Easter gift. The rude girl kept saying she needed to use her inventory first. Whatever that means sounds like a you problem. Even the guy ringing it up thought it was crazy. I don't recommend.

The service was strange. The kids seemed to busy socializing then paying attention to orders. The bagels and veggie cream cheese are pretty good. I just wished my bagel was cut properly.

Every time I get something from here my order is messed up the bagels are hard as a rock, and my ice coffee is always so watery.

I am torn on how to rate this Dunkin' Donuts location! Recently, the service has been great and the staff is wonderful. However, my most recent visit was disappointing due to false advertising. The restaurant advertised a $5 gift card for installing their app on Instagram and Facebook, but when I asked about it, the employees seemed confused and denied offering it. I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed.

The new location on Route 9 is absolutely wonderful! I am thrilled with the gorgeous new spot and the drive-thru is excellent. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. You will not be disappointed if you visit here!
