Lennys Grill Subs - Ocean Springs

We made an order online for pickup. Husband got home and opened his sandwich. It was just Philly on wheat with meat and cheese. Whereas, he ordered the Philly along with extra toppings and white bread. We paid for the 10” on our total of 3 sandwiches. His was significantly smaller with none of the extras. I called to inform them of the confusion. I had to have been talking to a teen as they barely cared ab our complaint. Considering there was no one inside eating and it was being ran by 2 what seemed to be teenagers. I was told to bring all the sandwiches back. Mind you our order was $50+ for three sandwiches plus gas. Which we thought we’d save by pickup. The girl said “well like you’d have to like bring them back that’s all we can do” I disagreed. I should have asked for a manager at that point. Service was terrible. Food and order was terrible. We used to order from there often. Now prices are so high for the quality.

Ordered a 15 philly cheese steak for pick up. Great sandwich! Best iv had in a good while! Thank you.

Avoid their delivery Order has been wrong multiple times in the past. They forgot my bottled coke this order. I called and complained and they refused to refund me, and said it’s on door dash. On top of that I spent $8.10 on ridiculous fees. They don’t take pics or provide proof of delivery like they do with regular DoorDash. Avoid any delivery from this place. They are super incompetent!

Staff is horrible don’t know how to treat customers as a door dasher they just ignore you and give you attitude when you ask for an order. And has orders ready that are just taken instead of a door dash.

S-L-O-W!!! An unacceptable amount of time to get a sub with a full crew and mostly empty dining room.
