Panera Bread - Ocean Lakes

If the name of your Restaurant involves bread, that should be the best thing you eat. Our bread was kinda on the hard side.

This is the worst Panera. They can never get an order right. I need to stop trying. Today I ordered 1/2 chicken avocado sandwich and 1/2 green goddess salad. Both items include avocado. No avocado on either one once I got home. Called and was told I ordered before their shipment of avocado came in. Do you think maybe you should tell people that and offer a discount or something? Or don’t make the order until they come in to see if they still want that item? Avocados are what makes these items so expensive. This isn’t the first time avocado has been missing from an item I’ve ordered. Seems to me this is their way of saving money instead.

I got an orange scone, chocolate croissant, and vanilla cinnamon roll for us to go. The cashier was courteous, timely and patient. I've had many things for dine in and take out; and the food and service is always good here.

Usually always good. Some times they run out of stuff but that is common at a restaurant. But we try to eat here regularly.

The sweet ice tea is AMAZING! Bathrooms and Lobby were CLEAN! The staff... except one (lady) are ALL GREAT!Just wish the outside patio area was bigger so the seating wouldn't be on top of each other.
