Great treats but expect to pay more than street prices here

Absolutely perfect! The prices are very reasonable for a boardwalk location, making it easy on the wallet. The staff is fantastic, and even the new girl was attentive and helpful. It’s refreshing to see employees actively engaging with customers. I’ve noticed that some places can be a bit out of touch, but this one is all about great ice cream and overall quality. While some popular spots may thrive on social media hype, this place truly delivers. I have to say, however, that the prices at some other places can be outrageous, and the quality just doesn’t measure up. Dairy Queen for life, that’s my motto!

We've been visiting Ocean City since 1972, and my father has been coming here since 1934. Never before, at least not that I can recall, have I experienced such attentive service in an amusement park setting. This evening, my daughter and I were strolling along the boardwalk, grabbing snacks. We stopped at the Dairy Queen inside Castaway Cove, near the train tracks in Ocean City, NJ. We ordered a banana split Blizzard and inquired about tree nuts due to our allergies. The staff member took the time to clean the Blizzard mixer thoroughly, used completely fresh spoons instead of the ones previously used for toppings, and cautioned us that they use the same mixer for all their Blizzard varieties. I truly appreciated her efforts to ensure our safety. I absolutely love Ocean City NJ and Castaway Cove!

On the other hand, Khor Brother's doesn't appeal to me at all. It's only popular because of social media and flyers from Route 1, if you know what I mean. Their prices are steep and the quality is lacking. I’m all about Dairy Queen for life!
