The Blue Wagyu - Ocala

Absolutely fantastic! Wow, I can't make a more positive assessment here. The owner Mary was an absolutely amazing, energetic and around positive funny woman. You can tell her she's very passionate about the business. We wish we were hungry enough to order one of the steaks they looked absolutely amazing. And the nice couple of us confirmed the fact. We have the first world war on Burger and I have to say that I was the best burger I ever had. The other than that came with a sequence of bread pudding and explains her special recipe. It was the bomb. This was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area will definitely be back.

Excellent fresh food, freshly cut steaks that are raised by owners. Very happy to have found this hidden gem thanks to a personal recommendation from another chef. Will definitely return with my family. The Saturday breakfast also features phenomenal sound.

Actually, we found this restaurant with a chance. Saturday night we were looking for a big hamburger and made a Google search WAGYU popped up and we were just by chance with blocks from his location so we left. The actress Hostess had us with seconds and on a table we went. This is by far a kf the absolutely most beautiful looking establishments that we entered in Ocala Florida and that in itself a huge relief for us... Within seconds sitting, our server called Rachel approached us with a huge smile and one of these boys did stumble into the right position.... Rachel asked if we had ever eaten in the restaurant before we answered no.... Then she begins to tell us the owners were the ranchers, the beef imported from Japan and increases food special diets without drugs, hormones etc.... The beef in this restaurant is FANTASTIC like everything else we have tried, including the Blueberry Bread pudding!!!! Holy cow... I will not tell you everything, but I will tell you that if you read this and if you are looking for something new and good in your car, truck motorcycle or whatever it is you travel by and go try this place.... We will be back!!!

Wow! We heard about this place and its incredible burgers. We just had to try. We were NOT disappointed. From the moment we entered the staff, you felt welcome. We answer questions quickly. We later discovered one of our servers, Mary, was one of the owners. She made us so welcome and appeared with other guests. She has a good sense of humor. The food was nothing less than perfect. I'm not saying that, but it was. Everything is fresh and made there. It was exactly prepared as we asked, and then Mary and other staff have constantly checked to make sure it was the same. For what we have, I really felt that the price could not be beaten. This is the best burger I've ever had... can't wait to return!

My ribeye was amazing and our Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever had! My husband's wild caught salmon special with curried sweet potatoes and beets was also excellent. The blueberry bread pudding with vanilla custard is well worth saving room for! Everyone was very nice and attentive. We enjoyed our interaction with Mary, the owner.
