Pizza Hut - Ocala

This Pizza Hut has never done me wrong! I usually only order on Wing Wednesday. Sometimes, they are out of wings, but usually aren't. As a curiosity, I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with Buffalo Burnin' Hot as the base on the app a few weeks back and they actually fulfilled my request! It was great that the staff paid attention and cared enough to go out of their norm for my spice craving!

They were extremely busy when I arrived to pick up my online order on Valentines Day. Please allow for extra time on that day. It was a greasy, but still delicious. I love their Peruvian cherry peppers!

I ordered a pizza, but they made it incorrectly. When I called to address the issue, the general manager answered in an aggressive tone. He suggested that I was lying, despite the delivery person witnessing the mistake and trying to explain it to him. Instead of resolving the issue, he started yelling at me. This experience was terrible, and I will never order from them again. I strongly recommend that no one else goes there. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered takeout since there are no tables or booths available. The food was served hot and fresh.

None of the three staff members in the restaurant were wearing masks, including the person who prepared my pizza and the one who handled my payment. This is unprofessional and irresponsible; they clearly don't care about their customers. If you disregard the seriousness of coronavirus, then this Pizza Hut might still be a good choice for you.
