Dunkin' - Ocala

Dunkin on SW 200. Stopped there every morning before retiring. Now I visit occasionally. But hot coffee is always great and their selection of breakfast sandwiches and donuts are good.

I didn’t get their names, but the two young ladies who I ordered from around 4:30pm today were so kind and friendly and really went above and beyond to get my order for me. It’s been a rough day and such a simple, kind interaction was really all I needed to perk up a bit, even just for the rest of the day. Thank you guys for working with smiles on your faces.

Dunkin was ok small but efficient. Gentlemen who served us didn’t seem too happy but was polite and made a good frozen coffee!

Being new to the Ocala, I visited this Dunkin location and was AMAZED at the incredible Customer Service I received! The ENTIRE staff was efficient , attentive and kind from start to finish! Despite the holiday season and being extremely busy, they still offered personalized and friendly service!

Its a small Dunkin Donuts with limited parking and if you park and walk in the line from the drive thru will probably block you in on a busy morning (which is almost every morning) so I parked in the tires plus parking lot. My breakfast sandwich was pretty good but for $4 its a little pricy compared to some other places. Inside was clean and the staff was friendly and my sandwich was cooked correct. Parking is just a real issue here.
