The waiters were nice and trying hard, and we were served at late lunch hours, the only reason for 3 stars. The food was very mediocre. We had dish of the day stewed pork with bad quality fried potatoes and a few overcooked carrots...from frozen carrot bag for 10eur per portion, far too much for the poor quality we got.

Most restaurants in tourist towns can understand English but not this place. Great confusion by the staff. Even tho we prefer to buy from the cabinet to save confusion they kept insisting we order from menu. From other reviews it seems to be hit and...miss here. Food was disappointing also.

The staff was nice and the food was really good. we had the “Francesinha with egg”, the “Bacalhau à Brás” and the “Bacalhau Lidador”. everything was very good!

We had really good truthahn a simple plate with fresh salad and fryed. after we were asked, we noticed on the french, and immediately got a new plate after our taste. good local wine recommended. divine value for the price.

We were looking for a fast meal because it was late in the evening, so we found this place open, we asked for a pile of a few chips, the insert was terrible tasty like red meat. we complained about it and they just said we were. we never come back to this place again.
