Bidra med feedbackOberwesel was worth a short visit and made us hungry. Many good restaurant reviews led us here. After a reasonable waiting period we would like to buy, the boss served us personally and very friendly. The pizza diavolo and the gnocchi with pepper cream sauce were already visually an eyewitness and we said so. He said that food should not only look good, but it should taste so. It didn't taste good, it tasted excellent... the pizza dough absolutely loose, tasty baked, very well covered and seasoned. Gnocchi, cream sauce – best quality. Here everything is still handwork, the boss stands in the kitchen itself and that he cooks with love is to notice to eat. Some bad reviews that we cannot understand, even the criticism of toilet cleaning that we do not share, it was very clean. To get to know all the authentic Italian dishes and the friendly, open type of restaurant owners, we can only recommend a visit.
Upstairs, without bad and perfect. Antipasti is a poem. The Pasta Tagiatelle with Pesto Genovese excellent and uniquely fresh and prepared with best ingredients. The pizza as it should be. Cross, still juicy, not overwhelmed, just delicious. Besides, our dog was happy to see. Very nice staff and owner. You're welcome. btw: I cannot understand the negative review regarding pizza. A jealous competitor?
We came back late in the evening from our day tour. We were hungry and all the other restaurants were already closed. The Pizzeria Trattoria Sicilia had also opened only 10 min. When we arrived, we were welcomed to the warmest and homemade dishes. The food was great. Thanks for the hospitality. Greetings from Lüneburg Heide.
