Vito's Pizza Wings - Oakville

We accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant (wrong town) when called and explained the issue and asked to see if a partial refund could be given or even a credit for a partial order. The store refused even after speaking to Manager. They were abrupt, disinterested, rude and lacked empathy for our mistake which we fully acknowledged. In the interest of customer service we would have come back to this location furthermore would have given this store high recommendations that they would help us out. Says a lot about the manager it’s not about customer service and having return customers it’s about money.

Used the Good to go app. Got 4 pieces of pizza for $4.99. The pizza was good. The place is very small, no seating. Parking is free. Conveniently located on sixth line. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Large Pizzas

It's not a place to dine but the food, pizza, wings yes my Italian wife said its the best and I must agree with her. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
