Right off the bat, no question this place is in dire need of sprucing up. However, it actually adds to the ambiance of making it feel like an old English Pub. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Great parking with easy access, seating for large groups and great beer selection. They have front and rear door entrances.The chocolate fudge cake is heavenly. Great atmosphere! Best pub in Bronte !

We have eaten here several times and keep going back. It has a convenient location with lots of adjacent parking. The décor is English pub-ish and there is a large seating capacity (for a pub). The food has always been good -- the Irish nachos are excellent -- the service efficient and friendly, the prices reasonable, and the speed quite quick. They have a long list of beers and decent wines and liquors. We have gone both as a couple and with the family and grandkids. They have kids' menu and one for seniors. We have never been disappointed.

The waitress was good but service exceedingly slow. My husband had a Thai chicken wrap which was fine &I had a cranberry turkey club which was good, I had cider & he had a pint of beer. We only went to be sociable & not planning on going back soon

If you like peeling wallpaper, patched ceilings and worn out fixtures and fittingsand a general atmosphere of tat this is your place. Hasn't had a lick of paint or makeover in years and it shows. Food(lamb wrap and a hard to find the cheese salad)was so so. This place has a built in clientele of seniors who are apparently happy with the neglect. A group i belong to has an annual gathering here ; i will bevoting strongly against until this place turns around
