Bidra med feedbackPathetic service tonight. The photo you see is what I received for a large fries. I did not eat a single one, this is how I received it via delivery from Uber Eats. The bag was sealed so this is how it left the restaurant. I feel like someone is playing a trick on me. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Get it together.
Looks like the theme of this BK is poor service. I was there to get 3 meals for my wife, child and myself. The person taking orders did not want to be working there. Maybe should have been put in the kitchen instead of being the first voice customers hear. He was very rude. Barely finished ordering the first meal, and was told my total and to.move to the first window. Same thing after the second meal. There was no car behind us so I don't understand the reasoning.If you can, avoid this BK!
This Burger King location is the least friendly out of all of them. My group and I felt like we were being stared at as if we were from another planet. We weren't asked if we wanted to dine in or take our food to go, so they automatically packed it to go. I had to go up and request a tray myself, and we were never asked if we wanted any seasonings. The workers seemed like they didn't want to be there at all, and it showed in their lack of enthusiasm.
The drive thru time was little longer as i was the only car in the lane and no car behind me either.Other than that the food was cold.I asked for 2 extra ketchup and i was handed a full fist of ketchups and the window was shut in my face.Didn't like the overall experience.
We only had a limited amount of time for lunch and were eager to order. After standing in line with no cashiers available to take our order, we waited for 10 minutes until someone finally came to take our money. Despite others waiting for their orders, no one acknowledged us. It became apparent that there was a lack of efficiency in the restaurant as employees were busy fulfilling orders. Frustrated, we left without placing our order. As we were leaving, we realized that there was a customer who had been waiting even longer than us, having to wait 15-20 minutes just to order.
