First off...girl at the drive thru window needs to slow down and stop rushing people when ordering. She kept cutting me off and speaking over me. Then when i got my order from her, I noticed she even missed one of the things i wanted. Her reply was i never mentioned it to her...ummm if she would've just listened instead of hurrying me up and talking over me then she would've heard me say it twice!!! Ugghh, at that point she was giving us attitude when i complained about it so i said F it and my husband just drove off. Never coming back to this one again...get a better drive thru attendant pls!!!!
The reason for three stars only is they won't allow you to adjust your order in Door Dash so you have to get a overly sweet drink. They add 4 pumps syrup to grande drinks I always get only two pumps, so now I paid inflated prices for a drink so sweet I can't drink it! Sucks!!
The service here was so terrible, honestly traumatizing to say the least. The staff were so rude it was disgusting. I waited in line outside because the drive through seemed long. There was one person ahead and no one behind me. After I waited awhile to wait my turn and some girl jumped ahead of me. It was a staff member who just got off and forgot something inside. She told the girl at the register to get her food container in the back. So I had to wait even longer because the cashier went to get her food container for her and it took a while to get it. After she got it the girl , didn't even say sorry. Like she couldn't have waited till after I was done placing my order? Then the food and drink took forever to come out. For some reason they switched cashiers , this girl was so rude. I heard her call my name I grabbed my food and noticed my drink wasn't there. The cashier literally looked at me like I was dumb and said your drink will be ready in a minute. It was the tone of voice and the look she gave that made me feel very uncomfortable.
This Starbucks is convenient to the 160, has a drive-thru, and very pleasant staff. I ordered my new favorite, the venti Chocolate Cream Cold Brew, which was as tasty as could be. I only gave 4 stars due to there being a bit too much ice in this time. Possibly partially my fault, but top management should know people come through for the drinks, not the ice, and allow the local management to instruct their baristas accordingly.
