Ecco Ciocco'lata - OAKLANDS PARK

During my holiday in Adelaide, I visited this coffee shop on 8th December 2022. There were two young men working - one at the till and the other making coffee. After placing my order and paying, I waited for our cake and coffee for quite some time. Customers who arrived after me were getting their orders first, so I approached the young man at the till and informed him that I hadn't received our drinks. He said something to the other young man making coffee, who was searching for the order slip but couldn't find it because it was on the floor. I mentioned that I had been waiting for about 20 minutes, but they found it funny, while I didn't. When the coffee was finally ready, I went to collect it, only to be met with rudeness. The people who were waiting were shocked by how they were treated. As I walked away, the young men were shouting "Merry Christmas". Coffee shops like this don't deserve customers, and I feel sorry for the owners.

Was there today with friends was totally disgusted with the choice of clothing by one of the girls serving. She had 3 inches of her ass hanging out of ripped jeans bending over repeatedly in front of the drinks fridge a couple next to us who got up left after commenting they too were disgusted. Won’t be going back again, like the other couple said too! Not suitable in a food service at all!!

We come to Westfield Marion once a year, for reasons of no interest to anyone else! This year is unusual, with the virus pandemic drawing to a close. We are amazed to find virtually all the food court seating closed off, and return to this café mainly because in the small eating area there are three tables with seating available, and one is free! We come for coffee and cake. We place our order, and the friendly lass brings it to our table. The coffee comes only in disposable paper cups which I don 't really appreciate (and later we find another café with 'real ' cups! . We choose a cake called a 'cronut ' – new to us. It turns out to be a donut with apple, crumble and custard, and is in fact very tasty, if rather messy to eat. So this is a snack provided under difficult conditions, and we appreciate what we receive.

Fab service , best coffee I've had so far in adelaide. Ceaser chicken Turkish sandwich delious! Definitely will be back. Worth the stop for lunch

Great coffee, terrific selection of cakes, pastries and wraps. Very fresh, only visited for a short time but went back twice the coffee was so good.
