Ultimate Grounds Et Al Coffee Tea

Love, love, love Ultimate Grounds! It's my neighborhood, family owned cafe, and a cozy spot for lunch in their lovely garden patio in the back. The staff are always sweetly courteous and friendly. The menu offers a variety of light breakfast and lunch options in addition to espresso drinks. Imo, they make the perfect BLT. Highly recommend it for a quick bite and coffee.

Really good sandwiches and coffee. My friend and I were comfortable catching up for hours and eating well. Very welcoming and calm atmosphere!

This place is really great. Fantastic donuts. Love the bagels. They make great morning egg and cheese sandwiches. Also I'm a huge fan of their lattes. All in all super quality spot, local vibes, friendly staff, kid friendly. Definitely a beloved place in the neighborhood.

This is a local fave. It's run by a cambodian family, they're very sweet and know the orders of their regulars. I love the chicken soup, it was fresh and so tasty and filled with veggies and shredded chicken. I believe it's seasonal because mine contained spinach, corn, carrots, chicken, and squash. Literally the best I've ever had. Their bagels are also delicious- my fave is the cheese, bacon, egg sandwich. There's seating inside, in front of the store, and outdoor in the back.
