Fast service, great spot for midday aperitifs during the week.

Charging 50 cents for a tiny ranch is wack. This place has gotten ridiculously expensive not for just the ranch but the entire menu is overpriced to the max. $35 for a large pizza? Come on. The pizza is good but that’s silly

Well considering when we ordered our drinks 1st they were out of the wine we wanted, next they didn't have Hennessey, the waitress was kind enough to give of 2 shots of whiskey on the house SuperNice for that... we ordered the deep dish with veggies and meat... it was ok. The crust seemed really over cooked maybe just not my preference but it didn't have that pizza taste... would go back to try the other style pizza they offer. The service was outstanding , the restaurant was clean, I would try it again!

My friends and I don't get the warm fuzzies when we eat here. It doesn't have that sense of being a local gem. That said, many of the staff are incredibly sweet and thoughtful and really step up when needed. The most important thing about Star Pizza: the delicious cornmeal crust on their pizza. It harkens back to Vicolo Pizza in SF years ago. That dish is a jewel and a reason to keep going back!
