Panda Express - Oakland

The service at this restaurant is always excellent, and the food is even better than the one at the old Walmart location.

My wife and I ordered takeout dinner from this restaurant. We ordered the Bigger Plate, which was listed on the menu for $10 plus taxes. However, they charged an additional $1.25 for steak and another $1.25 for shrimp. Instead of including the third entree in the container with the other two, they put it in a separate container and charged an extra $1.25 as a side dish. This felt deceptive and unfair to us as customers. We ordered three entrees but were charged for four, yet only received three. This is not good business practice. The management should address this issue by revising the menu prices to avoid confusion for customers at the cash register.

The service was fast and fantastic. This restaurant is very convenient for picking up a two-item combo to go before catching a flight at Oakland International Airport.
