Bidra med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is very poor because one employee was rude to me by talking too much and getting my order wrong.
The staff is friendly and be sure to try the Fruity Rocks from their hidden menu! You won't be let down. (Unless you have a soy allergy)
No ADA access. No door buttons to make this wheelchair accessible.... but they have 3 signs on the door saying no pets only service animals are allowed. That's of course a reasonable rule but the only thought you have about people with disabilities isto enforce guide dog rules, not making it easier to access for people who might need those guide dogs.
Love this place, clean, outdoor sitting no indoor tables) it's small so when they get busy the line tends to go way out the door. The staff is very friendly and there on top of all the orders, I have never seen them lag or keep any customers waiting.No guests restroom which is a huge bummer, though for restroom emergencies Starbucks is next store with open public restrooms. Ivisit this jamba almost daily and they even have memorized my name and order so when I get there its already waiting for me.
The staff at this restaurant location are very kind! I was feeling a bit lightheaded during my visit and they really went above and beyond to help me; I am very grateful! Their smoothies are also delicious. ????
