This is my first ever review. So, you expect to buy a cup of coffee to brighten your day. With over a year experience of Barista work, I know how to make all types of specialty drinks. When asking how many shots were in a drink, I got answers of how to make the drink. I just wanted to know how many shots. I can admit I was getting annoyed but I know I ordered for a caramel macchiato. The employee read it back to me and when announcing my drink for me to grab she said caramel. The macchiato had no caramel and even if she added any, it would fall to the bottom from the complete lack of foam . Not a single of pump of caramel and not a single layer of light foam. I can honestly say, paying nearly $5 for something I didn't want, ruined my day.

First time visiting I felt like I was instantly… judged. Not a big deal but still interesting and I get it. The area you guys run your business. However it should be more welcoming to someone like myself. Now the pastry I ordered I do wish I was offered to have it warmed up. The apple cider however was fantastic, I would just say the customer experience could be better. Especially for first time customers.

Consistently poor service. Over priced extremely slow. I've seen people walk out instead of waiting for them.. I'll walk 2 blocks to another cafe, just to not start my morning here.
