Hambleton Bakery - Oakham

Normally just stop by here on the way to work to get a snack. Today my car got stuck in their car park due to some nails which were on the edge of the car park bay. All of the staff came out to help lift my car and get my car free of the nails. Aside from the bakery and the lovely staff they were amazing and very helpful

Not their typical cream cake bakery. especially a hearty bakery business with limited sweet items. that said the sweet things are not equal! chocolate brownie was epic! beetroot and rutland pippin were excellent. worth visiting when they visit or visit the opposite.

Cannot give an unbiased review as I've baked bread here for 7 years. We take our time with our bread, anywhere from 24 72 hours per loaf. The results speak for themselves. Maps will maybe ask me to review my visit less often now

It can be summed up quite simply really. Lovely friendly staff and the place smells amazing when the doors opens and you walk everything tastes just as good as it smells too!!

This bakery near Rutland Water is excellent! After an 8km walk in the pouring rain, we were delighted to find such a wonderful selection of treats. The dedicated staff made our visit even better, and we’re already looking forward to the café opening soon. The sticky pecan bun and Rutland Rippin were our favorite items, and we can definitely understand why they’re award winners!
