The guys inside were so high they couldn’t take the order. I respected it clearly 15x and entered it wrong. Got to the window wrong and guy apologized and said we can’t figure it out they had to powwow to take an order correctly. This place is doomed

ALWAYS check your receipt. They overcharged 2 of the 3 of us in our group. And did not seem surprised in the least bit that it happened.

This Hardee's is horrible ? the general manager does not know what she is doing and has no customer service skills once so ever and I guess her husband is also a manager with her at that location. I've reached out to customer service twice for a refund with no return message back? I even email the district manager Corrine with the response back I just want my refund I have both receipts still where the African lady named Kathy says she refunded me but lied because she told me to get my refund online because I paid online and the chicken was not fresh I left my food there and simply wanted a refund and is still have yet to get a refund this is a horrible place she treats her employee like garbage and says call joe biden lmfao who says that? But a ignorant piece of trash like Kathy and she don't know her happy hour menu and she's the GM??
