Very nasty staff, the manager very nasty .... would never go back.....

Ordered last night around 915pm. I get to the store and my order isn’t ready yet. They tell me a few minutes. 10 minutes later they tell me the espresso machine is broken, I asked for a refund and the girl behind the counter said only a manager can issue a refund. I said I would be back in the morning to get the drink I paid for because I didn’t receive anything. I came back this morning and there was no note or anything like she said she was going to leave that I was coming back for a refund. No one had a clue. I’ll be contacting corporate about this matter.

Don't go there! I got an iced matcha latte with an oat milk because im a lactose free and they made it with a regular milk. like I paid extra for the milk and got sick in my stomach it. I tried to call them but their phone was out of service. definitely won't go there again.
