Can't say enough about the young lady at the counter this morning. I was lost and she got me directions. Very empathetic for my situation. Wish I knew her name.
The staff here really cares about their customers. They Treat people the way they should. My orders are always accurate and Perfect. Staff there are well trained and so friendly! The store is always clean. I know this because I'm there daily. HATE togo to any other locations because it's just not the same.
Ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and it was 2/3 cream and one quarter coffee, asked if they could fix it which they did by adding a shot of espresso but then the drink was warm because they didn't add ice. Also ordered two avocado toasts which weregiven to the car in front of me first, then I watched them take it back through the window and then gave the order to me.
My one star goes out to the young Black gentleman the Latina lady who work weekday mornings. The four stars missing go out to inaccurate stock on the app, that time the manager told me they didn?t have dairy-free ice cream when I was looking right at it,the barely-working drive thru speaker, other staff members who are rude beyond measure, and consistently incorrectly mixeddrinks. This is an emergency-only, donut-only Dunkin?. Otherwise it?s not worth it and probably will ruin your day! ????
