Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I arrived at the drive thru at 8:07 pm, there were 2 cars in front of me. All three of us sat there for 20 minutes with no explanation as to why or how much longer it would be. I finally ordered around 8:25. I didn?t get to the window until 8:35 and didn?t get my food until 8:45? all this would be enough on its own, but the food was TERRIBLE. Normally I love Freddy?s but the fries were room temp at best, but honestly somehow colder than. The cone was half empty as seen in the picture. And the burger was the driest, most burnt burger I?ve had to date. Seriously deplorable service and abhorrent food.

They have a longer wait time than most fast food restaurants, but that's to be expected and the food is made fresh to order. They forgot my two large drinks, but when I went inside to correct the mistake they were apologetic and very kind. Service excellent. Not my favorite burger, but it was definitely fresh. Fries are perfect. Drinks are actually large.

I really wanted to love this place. The reviews seemed decent and the restaurant has a lot of character but the presentation of the desserts vs what?s advertised is FAR OFF. This is a pic of my sundae about 2 mins after I received it. I was severely underwhelmed with what was handed to me. I visited on a Saturday at 8pm, the drive thru was nearly wrapped around the building. That might?ve had something to do with the outcome of my sundae and concrete. But it was unpleasant enough for me not to want to return to another Freddy?s. The kitchen and dessert station were a complete wrecked and most of the staff seemed very overwhelmed and in a frenzy making the orders. The food at least looks half decent. Hopefully it tastes good! lol

I do not get to Oakridge often. Friends have told me to check of Freddy's. I was welcomed by a kind gentleman named Mike. He showed great patience with me and answered my menu question. Was nice not to have someone rush me or make me feel like I was taking up their time. Mike is a great asset to your restaurant ???? The burger was fabulous, yes I ate every bite. The fries where thin, crispy and hot. Yes, I will return ????

Decent food, great shakes. It doesn't matter what time you.cone day or night though.. it's takes a very long time to get some very simple orders. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but you will be waiting at least 15 minutes for a burger meal and shake
