I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for the sauce so I didn't order it with any. I wanted to see if the chicken would taste great without the sauce or does it needs the sauce and I would just have to pay extra. The chicken tastes great without any sauce at all. It's fried right and my meat is crispy. I most definitely will return. The pop was too expensive for me but I was able to get a cup of ice for free.

This has to be the most poorly ran restaurant in Michigan.ANY time I order delivery doesn't matter with what service they never EVER give me the drink.When I order through Grubhub it's not an issue to get a refund, just annoying. But when I order through their website it is a pain to get refunded. And you call the store and their mangers lie to you saying oh sure we'll refund you and they never do.If their wings weren't so good I would stop buying from here, I still might if this keeps up because they are robbing customers and they take absolutely ZERO responsibility for doing so, they blame it on the delivery driver 100% of the time.PATHETIC.

I usually call my order in on the way home from work (7 minutes away) and my order is always accurate and piping hot when I arrive. I usually get the 10 pc with 2 flavors and a chili cheese fries to share with my BF. I like the awesome sauce and he likes spicy chili. Each meal comes with a drink, but you have to buy ranch or blue cheese dressing as the dips do not come with the combo. My favorite cashier/server is Star. She truly is a Star and is always so pleasant and happy whenever I stop in. 10/10.

Male attendant of India decent came from kitchen to open another cash register when a male customer got in line, but skipped past 4 females already waiting in line.I don’t GAF if women are treated badly and beneath men in India, Blacks have fought over 300 years in this country for equality and the fight continues.My order was prepaid and I was there to pick up otherwise I would have left without the food.
