Tgi Fridays - Oak Park

Horrible service we waited over 40 mins no one came to the table to help us and it wasn’t even pack and my daughter call one of the staff he looked at her and still didn’t come we didn’t get any drinks no water they just placed us at a table and kept moving will never go to that one again and want tell anyone about it they where so unprofessional.

Went here w my boyfriend, no one seated us for 15 mins, place was not busy at all. we finally get seated, ordered our food was cold, my pasta had hair in it on top of that, no silverware. they bring us the silverware it’s noticeably filthy dirty, literally food on the forks.we asked for a manager . he comes over and is very dismissive just like he doesn’t care. i’m pregnant and this is the worst experience ever.
