Nando's Peri-peri - Oak Park

The service in this place is so slow. You need to plan for them to be at least an hour late. I love the food. I hate their service please please please find a way to fix that.

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes, and they just started making my order. When the cashier asked the kitchen, I heard the lady say “I couldn’t care less”

The quality is not there. Ordered chicken last night and it was not flavorful and it was dry. Ordered an extra large salad and the bowl was not even partially filled and the lettuce was brown around the edges. I'm done with this place!

$11 for a tiny piece of chicken on a small Portuguese roll (may be higher now! . My worst dining value in decades. Save your money go to Popeye's or KFC for a good chicken sandwich and $7 in change.

I love Nandos at its best, but it's just wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, sometimes you wait 30 min past the estimated ready time for your order, and then the chicken you waited for is super dried out. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
