Mcdonald's - Oak Lawn

Went through drive thru there was a facial hair in my fries. Went back inside was ignored by 3 people while they talked with each other finally I said excuse me and a lady gave me new fries. My bun is hard bleh ?

You receive the energy you give. Food is good, main thing is, the fries aren't always the best, in my opinion.

I came from up there I believe it was 1145. I wanted a mcdouble. There were two cars in line and the lady told me they ran out of meat and acted like she couldn't speak English. All she could've said we are closing I don't understand why the need to lie. This makes me uncomfortable eating here. These places hire weird ppl that may be doing weird things to the food. Don't eat here

Employees were nice but they forgot half my food and there was a bug in my drink I ordered two plain cheeseburgers one has everything the other is just a plain burger I also ordered one with only ketchup and that was plain to with nasty residue fries cold as always very unhappy do
