Kfc - Oak Lawn

Employees are great here they provide fast reliable service, the only thing missing here is a drive thru.

Food was good but service was average at best. I don't wanna say service was bad, but it seemed like at least a couple of people there either didn't like their job or was maybe having a bad day and it showed. Still would go back on account of speed of service and food quality/value.

I have been a loyal fan of KFC for many years, and in light of the current virus and economic situation, I have noticed that prices for food have increased. However, this restaurant has consistently provided quality and good value for your money. If you are a fellow lover of KFC chicken, I highly recommend visiting this place.

My waitress was Donna, who I believe was the manager. The service provided by her and the chef was exceptional. From the warm greeting to taking my order, they were both attentive and respectful. I regret not knowing the chef's name, but he certainly knows his craft. Keep up the good work, guys.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. The staff truly go above and beyond, even going out of their way to return forgotten items and ensure orders are accurate. The service is top-notch and I will definitely be coming back again.
