Dunkin' - Oak Lawn

I generally love DD coffee and bagels and the service is usually decent. It is also a good local place to meet because they don't kick you out and it is quiet. The menu and choices are worse than five or ten years ago. There are less bagel choices andthey dropped the low cal cream cheese which I always bought. Also every DD should have chocolate croissants and butter pecancoffee ALL THE TIME. I often only get coupons for out of the way or far away DDs.

Small location, not so busy so I decided that's the one I would stop at before work. Horrible idea. I had to have my food remade three times because of the quality. Then I was told its because some items are prepared by someone the night before....andthat's just how it is. Burnt food?! Hopefully that shift manager from today can start demanding better quality since theoverall experience and presentation is lacking compared to MANY other locations.

The drive-thru was busy, but my pumpkin drinks were perfect and delicious.

I ordered a large coffee with cream and 4 Splenda at this restaurant. However, when the coffee cooled down a bit, I discovered that they had forgotten to add the Splenda, even though I had clearly requested it and it was written on the side of the cup.

The donuts were tasty, but since we arrived late, they were not fresh. Nonetheless, they were still good.
