Denny's - Oak Lawn

Waitress name 'Ava ' was the absolute best I 've ever had. We had a family of 5 and we all had different orders and drinks. She got all of our orders correct without having either one of us repeat anything and she did not even use anything to write it down. That was tge most amazing thing I have ever seen with someone waiting tables. I would give her a million stars if I could, wow!

Normally I don’t post restaurant reviews but this time I will. Every single time we have dined in we order milkshakes and get the metal shaker with extra milkshake, we’ve become accustomed to this by now. Today we had a new server and when she brought out the single milkshake in the glass cup I questioned when she’d bring out the rest. For the $5.99 they charge I mean for that I might as well save me the trouble and order carry out where you get a much smaller portion but today we had the time to sit and enjoy a nice meal. Denny’s keep it consistent train your new servers to give the customers the same level of service they’re used to. Like I said I normally don’t bother to review restaurants because normally I can oversee small things but this truly made my experience bad from the start. Now I will drive the extra few miles and keep dining at the other Denny’s nearby. Disappointed. All over a milkshake, oh and when I let them know they brought out the tiniest amount in the tin, nice one. Giving 2 stars today.

Denny's has done it again! The food was plentiful and so delicious. I also appreciate the great service. Ms Eva was waitress, and she add to the great experience by taking good care of us. The other staff also made us feel welcomed.
