Baskin-robbins - Oak Lawn

Only bad service overall a baptismal child running the place and they close before the time! teens come to lounge and play with the employees smh not let customers in I arrived at 8:30 and one of these teenagers locked the door not even a hired but the workers gave it and laugh. there were some customers confused because they didn't let in. the management should check cameras. proel wonder why places go business.

They are always from ice cream! how is an ice cream place from ice cream, ridiculous. this has happened more than 3 times!

I have been to this baskin robbins 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I didn't know you twice. what?! once they had no chocolate sauce and today no hot fudge. this place is the worst. I'll go a few extra miles to the next position.

I've had really bad experiences here. Multiple times they have been out of sundae fixings. This has happened on at least 4 occasions. Once they had no ice cream at all. I pick my grandmother up a sundae every once and a while, and it's to the point where I will go to the location 2 miles away when I live literally 3 blocks from here. This week they had no hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, or cherries. Seriously? The staff are poorly trained and customer service is lacking to say the least. Save your time and frustration and go elsewhere.

I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. Asked for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Received a scoop and a half at best. Go down the road to Alsip at about 12150 S. Cicero for accurate portions. Maybe these teens are stock holders at Oak Lawn store.
