Kc Baby Back Ribs - Oak Grove

What makes BBQ great? Some of it comes down to preference. Tender juicy meat is undisputed. Check. Smoke. Nice smoke flavor without a burnt taste or heavy smoke bitterness is my preference and it delivers on that. Sauce. There's a wide variety of sauce variations but theirs works for me. I like the sauce at Joe's and this one is equally delicious. Having tasted a number of KC bbq offerings this is the one that delivers the best brisket pulled pork ribs chicken and turkey at one location. Service was fine, especially since the food service industry is struggling for help. I'll stop there any time in KC.

Summer (Staff) was absolutely amazing. The service was great the atmosphere was incredible and the small town feel that it gave was just what was needed. The food was excellent but Summer made it absolutely incredible. Keep being awesome KC Baby Back Ribs BBQ! Those burnt ends were so good, it would make you want to slap the person next to you!

The babyback ribs and pulled pork are very good! Meaty, fall off the bone ribs make this a great stop, just about a block off of I-70.

Darn good ribs!! Excellent service! Will definitely go back again! Didn't have to wait too long in line.

This was a great surprise on our road trip. They delivered to the hotel we were at and everything was hot and fresh. Portions were big.
