Starbucks - Oak Creek

3 strikes, you're out! I ordered online in advance and waited over 15 minutes. I saw that it was extremely busy, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. A few days ago, I waited over 20 minutes and was getting an attitude from the employees when I inquired if there was an issue. Today was the final straw. 27 minutes after I ordered, i received everything that I ordered. They forgot my sandwich and seemed disgusted that I asked about it. So many in store customers looked irritated at how long it takes to receive service going inside the store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always went I order from DoorDash the drivers need to wait over the 30 mins because my order always don’t get ready on time Service: Delivery Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Frappuccino

I waited 27 minutes after ordering to get one drink, when I inquired the staff was very rude. There are far better Starbucks in this area, best to avoid this one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whoever made my drink today didn’t properly measure my drink in the shaker. I watched them measure it in the cup. I ordered the frozen mango lemonade and this is how it looks. My gf works at Starbucks and this is not correct. This is 60 seconds after getting the drink. Lady at the window was very nice. Food: 1 Service: 3
