Mcdonald's - OAK BROOK

Omg that was the best McDonald's I've ever been to the customer service was awesome the restaurant it was nice the staff did a great job too bad they don't treat customers like this in the city, but I give it 5

I'd give him five, but my coke just didn't taste like a coke, too much weird. Other then I was very impressed by the freshly cooked food! It was hot and delicious. The frits had the correct amount of salt, no need to add something(yes, I like my frits a little extra sometimes especially when they are fresh! The happy meal name my granddaughter HAPPY

You made me a mistake. Not much enough for me to turn the car and drive back to McDonald's. But they made a mistake. I called her and manager Adon took care of me. Normally I would reduce my rating, but the customer service I got from the manager was everything I could expect and it was perfect. Thank you. Of course I'm back. Your food is addicted

They were so short staff that they had to close the dining room and only one option was the ride thru. And even then the line moved quickly. They worked their butts. I guess people called after Mother's Day. The little crew that was abandoned worked really hard this day. Thanks, guys!

Florinda is the kindest most attentive employee and made sure all of our orders were right, even with allergies. We loved our experience and demand Florinda gets all of the raises and promotions possible!! A real gem!!
