Tigerhawk Sandwich Co. - Oak Bluffs

I had just came from a New York food trip, and I wasn’t ready for a mediocre lunch experience, an all too common phenomenon on this island. I asked Rachel (up front) and the chef to choose a sandwich for me and the smoky beet sandwich was my surprise. The balanced and bold flavors are on palette par with my favorite spots around the globe. Perfectly fresh baguette, beautifully pickled onion, just enough jalapeños dancing with an abundance of bright cilantro, and whatever secret umami goodness rounds out this perfection. Thank goodness for this sumptuous staple on island. I am stupendously satiated.Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but appreciate an elevated vegetarian experience. TH delivered!

A MUST on MV! The flavors at Tigerhawk are diverse, elevated, and carefully curated. I have loved everything I’ve ever ordered so I can’t pick a favorite. Plus, when my friend was visiting who was gluten free and had some allergies, they accommodated her kindly and she had the tastiest sandwich ever!

TigerHawk is one of my favorite go-to spots on Martha's Vineyard, especially in Oak Bluffs. Their food is beyond flavorful and I'm always wanting more. Love their Thursday chicken sandwich specials and you will not be disappointed. Super friendly staff, great prices, and handsome portions. TigerHawk is more than a sandwich place. This place rocks and offers a plethora of gastronomic adventures and flavors.

What a horrible experience start to finish! Took my order, told me 20 minutes, I return ten minutes later to find the place closed and locked. No one answers the phone. I have to knock on the door and someone swings it open and shoves a bag of food at me. Do everyone a favor and close your doors for good because you clearly don’t appreciate your customers. Your business and your attitude is disgraceful! I was happy I got to turn away a group of 5 that were considering eating here.
