Ihop In San Bernard

The greeter was very rude he made racist comments against black people. I was very disappointed and offended. I would have left, but I was with my elderly aunt who was diabetic and she needed to eat. The food good but overall experience was horrible

Racist or something I watched them do everything but take my order literally including take people orders that was seated after me

If you want to be talked down to by the manager, then this is definitely the place to go. This guy is not knowledgeable and should not be handling customers. I came in ordered a Chicken Fried steak. He gets a blank look on his face. I then said , You probably call it the country fried steak, its the same thing. His body language and the look on his face showed he got upset. He then says to me, you know it 's made with beef. I turned and walked out.

Ordered off the Senior menu shrimp, fries and husband had the Philly steak melt tasty but salty with fries. Surprised not too much fries.

Good food and good service .. IHOP We'll eat never fails when it comes to breakfast.. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast hot links. They don't really have much flavor, they're not spicy or anything, they're just kind of bland hot links..with no hot...
