I had the pumpkin cream soup there as a daily dish, but it can have more spices. The self-made bread is great: At the end there was a piece of vegan mole cake, a genus. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The ideal place for coffee and cakes.
Update: I went back in April 2022, this time with my husband. We both took Sunday Roast. It was so good. I'll upload a picture of it. I love this place. I liked everything about this restaurant: first the food. Very delicious. Secondly, the fact that it is a real restaurant, with the atmosphere and cosiness of a real Bavarian Franconian Inn. It is harmonious and tastefully decorated. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. I came alone as I had done business in Nuremberg, but I felt very good and comfortable there. I'm looking forward to coming back. Update: I was back in April 2022, my husband and I both had the Sunday roast. I'll upload a photo. He was so delicious! So inspired by Sissy Baumann's kitchen. I liked everything in this restaurant: the atmosphere, the food, the service. I like to eat vegan in a rustic and cozy economy. The combination is far too rare. Everything is tasteful and harmoniously decorated. I had the Greek bean with olives, pepperoni and vegan feta. It was very delicious. The cappuccino with oat milk was so good one of the best I ever drank that I ordered a 2. The strawberry cake was also very delicious. The service was cheerful and pleasant. We were warmly welcomed and served in the beautifully designed restaurant. For reorders and numbers, however, you have to go to the counter even if nothing is wrong. We had lunch and cake. The portions were very small, but not correspondingly favorable, and above all the "Salat" (of course in waking up) was simply too ridiculous. For half a sheet of head salad without dressing, a carrot cage and a blueberry even to waste dishes, you could also save yourself. A dish was late zle, homemade from whole grain flour, with lenses and that has tasted very well. The other, the so-called "Bärlauch-Pasta Bowl" was simple, bought noodles with some oil and small beard laces. It was very little and had nothing to do with a bowl except that it was served in an oversized bowl. This is also not a dish for which I would go to a restaurant. The cakes were different. We had breakfast for two people with a nutneck, granola, spreads and tofu scrambled eggs. It really tasted us good, with the granola with fruit and yogurt was our highlight. Of the portions, two people are fed and you can start stronger the day.
For breakfast there are delicious homemade bread as well as homemade spreads. Everything has tasted wonderfully and has also made sustainably rich
