On a visit to Nuoro the restaurant Ciusa turns out to be a great place with a chef of excellence raw materials of first order revisitation of the dishes in a way sopraffina to recommend to anyone ...make 50-60 km inside but it is really worth it... the chef Franco Fenu is really a phenomenon and also the waiters are of first order for kindness availability and professionalism...
We ate well but the orders were wrong and we waited half an hour to pay the bill. It's not like that.
Top dishes, choice of wonderful wines, professional staff. A restaurant like a few. And not just Nuoro.
We ate pizzas, first and grilled. We liked everything, the first were not plentiful. Good service, but we ordered a bottle not present in the wine card, they did not tell us the price and we found the surprise in the account: 55€ for a bottle that costs 20€ to the public...insomma, we are not to port deer!
