We are completely disappointed by the restaurant and the booking platform! In joyful intent, we booked a table at an early stage during the Christkindlesmarkt. Very nice ambience. Service, however, very slow. There were delays in the service. Service seemed unmotivated, yet polite. Coffee unfortunately did not come along with dessert, although this was to be ordered extra as a package.
