The Waidwerk is worth a visit. Fantastic food and very nice and accommodating care

It was one of the best dinners. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic taste! I am completely enthusiastic about creativity and dedicated and empathic service.

In the Michelin 1 star category the bandwidth is quite large: One has just made it there, the other already cooks on another level and only has to wait for higher ordinations. I wish the soon ascension to the Waidwerk I was absolutely delighted at my first visit. The dishes are consistently at a very high level and then there are still rippers up. For example, the arrangement of the amuse gueules was already more sophistication than in some complete menu. Or pork belly with cabbage, Kohlrabi and a Dashi Sud a great combination of spices and aromas. Also the dessert from sesame ice, sesame crunchy and thin plum slices has knocked me around. Also visually a highlight. The service in a very pleasantly modern, cosy ambience fits seamlessly here: perfect, without weaknesses and always so human that you can come to the chatter. For me a real discovery in the region.
