Bidra med feedbackIn the middle of Nuremberg the Ramen Restaurant Takumi Sapporo has been open for a few days. In many European cities, the franchise chain attracts fans of the Japanese court. Since Friday (October 14, 2022), the new Ramen Restaurant Takumi Sapporo is open in the Nuremberg Brunnengasse 25. Among fans of the special soup, the branches of the Düsseldorf franchise company behind them are considered absolute cult. From Düsseldorf, Takumi Sapporo spread among others to Berlin, Milan, The Hague, Amsterdam, Barcelona or Madrid. Ramen is very simplified said a Japanese noodle soup that can contain many different ingredients depending on the taste. The basis of Takumi Sapporo dishes are pork broth (Tonkatsu), soya or miso with takumi noodles from the Japanese island of Hokkaido. The soup is then enriched, for example, with corn, soya sprouts, egg placed in soya, roast onions, Pak Choi or pork. There are also vegetarian variants. As a Nuremberg employee inFranken.de reports, the broths cook 72 hours, the noodles gardens three to four days until the dressing. The restaurant uses sauces and spices from Japan as well as regional meat and vegetables. Behind the secret recipe of the chain stand a Japanese ramen master with 30 to 40 years of experience. In conversation, inFranken.de learns the success of the court: In Japan, people mainly benefited with a stressful everyday life that have no time to cook. The Japanese restaurants worked fully automated and in a few moments the soup was ready. Although in Germany, the preparation takes only three to four minutes. The guest room offers space for about 40 people. As the employee says, a fan culture has evolved around the Gastro company with merchandise products. For example, you can buy clothes, posters or cotton bags in the online shop. Some Ramen fans even travel from one store to another and test them, because everyone is individual, according to the employee. The Takumi Sapporo Nuremberg is open from 11.30 to 14.30 on Monday to Saturday and from 17 to 22 hrs. found by: [here link]
A very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. It was definitely a highlight of our day. Should I be in Nuremberg again, I will definitely visit the shop again. A clear recommendation for anyone who would like to try Japanese ramen!
What I like most is that the food comes out quickly. Drinks are a bit expensive.
Delicious and they served hot tee while we waited outside for a table
Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Food also very tasty. There is only one point deduction for prices that are, in my opinion, a little too high.
