Bidra med feedbackStopped by as it was close to work. Saw they offered a lunch special so I went ahead and placed an order for a beef cheesesteak (cheese and light ketchup), fries and drink.Assuming it was the owner, very friendly guy and willing to answer any questions I had. Made sure to have the fries fresh and ready to go.Ate my seasoned fries first and they were good/fresh. Cheesesteak sammich seemed a bit smaller than I’d imagine but it was tasty! Once I was done devouring the sammich, realized the portion was perfect. Not a cheesesteak kind of guy but you won’t be disappointed.
It's a food truck or trailer, and it's fantastic. Donni was so nice and helped us out. So you assume that they only serve cheese steak, but they also serve so much more, and let me tell you. We ordered the buffalo wings, and I have to say they were probably some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. Here's the thing, though: it was $20, but this included fries and 10 wings (I believe). But the wings were so big and delicious that I just ordered one platter, and it filled both my son and me. I would definitely be back for some more, hands down. I wasn't too pleased with the location, but it's not going to stop me from getting my hands on that delicious food.
I’ve been searching for the best cheesesteak in Tampa. Search is over.
My twin brother and I originally from Philadelphia now live in Florida one night looking for a great cheesesteak. We have been to countless locations around Tampa and each one has been a major disappointment. One day we decided to embark on yet another journey and came across MikeOO on Yelp. We decided to embark on the 45 min drive, and halfway through it began to rain. Relentless in our quest, we persisted in our quest to find the truck only to see it closed. Disappointed, yet still very determined, I went out in the rain to poke around and the owner stated that he had recently closed shop. The fire was out, and cold rain discouraged us to complete our main mission. We noticed the 215 number on the truck and told him we too were from Philly and made it out solely to have a beef cheesesteak to complete our quest. To which he replied, I 'll make it for you . We decided to drive to a parking lot in the rain and have a go at it. This has got to be the best cheesesteak ever. We were not disappointed. Worth every penny.
I went on a google search for the best cheesesteak in Tampa and Mikeeo's was the one. I placed my order at 9am on Wed. 05/10 and selected 11:45 am. I arrived at 11:30am, not a soul in the parking lot or the food truck. I waited almost 30 minutes. I called the number on the food truck and no answer. I ended up having to cancel my order. I wish I had a chance to taste the cheesesteak, but my mouth was left with a very disappointing taste of let down! I understanding running a small business is hard, but to just no show up or call back your calls, very few excuses would be valid. If you have a hardtime making it into work that early, then change your app to later times or honor your commitments.By the way, my total bill for a $14.95 sandwhich, $7 fries, and a included drink would have been $23.60 with tax, so maybe it was better. I ended up at Mighty Quinns BBQ instead. For about the same money I got ribs, mac cheese, slaw, and unlimited soft drink. Very tasty! Best mac cheese in town!
