Mcdonald's - Nowatney

Waited 30 min for nuggets and friesThen when I finally got it fries were missingStaff left me waiting for ever and the burger was rotten

When we order chicken nuggets, especially for kids, happy meals. Whether by Uber eats or on the mobile app for the window when you ask us? What kind of dipping sauce we want, we tell you what kind of dipping sauce we want but you never put it in the bag no one just orders plain nuggets ever you have done this to probably 15 of my orders where you don’t put any sauce in so you get home and all the kids that were so excited for the sweet-and-sour sauce none nobody just orders nuggets there should always be sauces always!

As far as McDonalds this chain is not the best I've been to but it's not the worst either. If you use a card to pay for your order, you will be fine. If you use cash, make sure you count your change right in front of the cashier before turning away as they seem to have employees that don't have basic math skills. I've gotten the wrong change back on numerous occasions when I used cash. That's why I always stand there and count it in front of the cashier and the manager makes it right. Just a few days ago my order came to 4.07. I gave her a 20.00 and she gave me 5.93. I even memorized the last 4 numbers in the serial number just in case she tried to dispute it. The manager made it right though.

This place has turned itself around over the past year. Better staff and lately they've done great every visit!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's they were rude from ordering to paying telling us something wasn't included but it Cleary stated so on the app order large fries and it's half filled bread was burnt chicken was rubbery it was disgusting.!
