They charge double what it said in menu. 10-15$ dollars each. Even if you said no tips, they took 20% tip. They don’t ask what size of drink you want. They give you large.
Menu is misleading and they charge double what menu states for toppings. "there eis no single bubbles "Two drinks should not be 20 bucks. Rip off.
I visited this establishment with my child and was disappointed to find that we were charged nearly $5 more than the posted price. The cashier offered additional boba without mentioning the extra charge. This kind of pricing practice feels unethical and left a negative impression on our experience. It's important for businesses to be transparent and fair with their pricing.
I was at the boba place in the mall we were being patient with him as multiple people left because he was taking so long to fix the machine. After the time he took my order, he got it wrong and then he got mad at me for his fault getting my order wrongand then he told me to leave this horrible service NEVER GO HERE!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT!!!!
