The Big Salad - Novi

You can pick a salad recipe off of the menu or create you're own. I got the Club salad and it was very good. I really liked the spicy ranch dressing. It is also served on a cold plate which is a nice touch. However, I wish the rolls were better. They are just soft with no crust. Kind of like a dinner roll you can buy frozen from the grocery store. Maybe you'll like it, but I skip the roll. I'll come back and try this place again. It is 10 bucks for a salad but I think the quality of the ingredients makes it reasonable. And yes, it's mostly lettuce...BECAUSE ITS A SALAD. lol. Also be careful with their potato chips. They contain MSG and a bunch of junk.

The Big Salad has a wide variety of salads, wraps, soups, and sandwiches that will dazzle your taste buds. I 'm a vegetarian and it is not easy finding places for a 'quick dine out ' otherwise known as fast food.

My salad (in a wrap) was pretty good. I got the Southwest and I liked having the Doritos in the wrap. However, it was very obvious the girl making my wrap was new and training and no one was out helping her. I had to wait WAY too long...took the girl too much time just to wrap the darn thing. Help your new employees more!

Well, I LIKE the dinner roll and even eat it without butter (my usual addition to a roll). As for mostly iceberg? You can get ALL romaine, ALL spinach, or ALL iceberg. You can get it proportioned as you want. My favorite salad is the Mariana, followed closely by the Maurice with has two large gerkins on top

Great!. You must try the Spicy Ranch Club! My office is now big fans of Big Salad. As part of our weekly routine, we have incorporated the Big Salad into our cycle. Very good food, salads are BIG and employees are very helpful and polite.
