Taco Bell - Novi

Asked for a quesadilla, uncut. That was it. I'll let you guess what they did.

If I could give no stars I would. Has to be one of the WORST Taco Bell’s in the state. Service is awful, employees hang out side smoking weed with the same gloves they are using to prepare food with. After a ridiculous wait time.. Half of the order is missing and the food you do get isn’t what you even ordered. Made extra sloppy and falling out into the bag. This location has made me resentful to a restaurant I’ve loved as a kid. MAKE THE EXTRA DRIVE TO WIXOM ROAD PEOPLE!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money. 0/10

Don't go after 10pm or they will ignore you when you try to order or say they are only doing door dash orders. Crew needs to be fired and competent people brought in

This location can not get my order correct. I have been shorted food nearly every time I’ve gone. Today they gave me the wrong food and I sat there waiting to give it back because they are so oblivious that they gave the wrong food. Then I got the correct bag of food and it was missing items. Never going back again, and I would advise you don’t go either.

Food was fresh service was great dining room very clean...very good crew at this taco bell.
