Godiva Chocolatier - Novi

I love Hot chocolate here. I only hate the fact it was $5 and was so small. Super costly. I would return again as i felt it very tasty. I didnt like the cold coffee drinks here as i felt they are tasteless. Good customer service.

Wow what an experience! My daughter and I came here for some chocolates and ended up having the most amazing ice cream I’ve ever had! The ladies that work there were amazing as well. Despite the fact that they were incredibly busy, their customer service was outstanding.

We stopped in today for my birthday reward and conveniently there was a 20% off sale, needless to say the bf and I left with a decent Godiva stockpile. I have to make mention of the excellent service and bright attitudes of Irene and Eric the two employees who helped us out today. I will definitely be back as a result!!

Came in to pick up Easter gifts for my family and was blown away by Eric, the manager on duty. Very knowledgeable, great eye for detail, and he went above and beyond to ensure I walked into Easter dinner with the best spread ever. The best part was that not only were his recommendations wonderful, he was incredibly efficient and his presentation was impeccable. I will be returning for future special occasions

I stopped by to get some Easter treats and Irene assisted me she knows her stuff I ended up buying more than I intended because of her great sales experience. Sharon and Eric (managers) run a tight ship the store is meticulously clean and well organized, with extremely fresh products. This is one of the best Godiva Chocolatiers I have ever been to.
