Terrible experience there this morning 5/17. The 2 people working clearly didn't care at all about their customers. After waiting over 10 min (With no one else waiting) I asked for my money back. This was a challenge as well and they were unable to refund the tip, due to the system I guess.It was like they were literally never trained.
A cup of coffee and a scone, an easy order, right? Pointing at the peach scone with raspberry and blackberry in the display case, I ordered it. The order taker then reached behind the counter and placed a different scone in a bag. Got out to my car, and it was a dry, stale and fruitless scone. As a senior with a bum knee, I couldn't go back to complain. There goes $7 bucks down the drain for an inedible pastry and some hot coffee to try to wash it down, a classic bait and switch.
How can a coffee shop close at 6 pm! Just vacate the space so a retro coffeehouse from the '90s can thrive here.
